Description:
What a sweet little all bisque Bye Lo baby made by the German firm of Kestner. She is 4" high and is jointed at the arms and legs. Her darling face is all hand painted and the execution of her features is wonderful. She is fully marked on her back, numbers and Copyright by Grace Putnam, and she has a partial paper label on her chest as shown in the photo. Her darling dress is very pale light blue which is accented by a darker blue ribbon and rosettes on her darling little off-white hat. Dress and hat also trimmed with early lace. Her hands are in the typical Kestner fashion, one hand up and somewhat open while the other hand is more turned inwards. Beautiful condition with no breaks or repairs. Clothing shows some aging but very beautiful. She also wears lacy undies. She can be posed sitting or laying down.
