Pictured is Forslund's Sarah Lynn Lee Folding Card Table made by Hilleary House for Carl Forslund. Since these early pieces were made for such a short time during the early 1940's, they are quite difficult to find. Made from cherry wood with a splendid finish and fine delicate features. This particular table is exquisitely made with lovely curvatures and extra details. The top is ingeniously made from 2 pieces and the top piece flips and twirls around to make the table top larger. It is called a card table but can be used in several settings, either in the smaller or larger size or one section tipped up against a wall as pictured in the Forslund shadow box. Height is 2 5/8". Great condition with no breaks or repairs. Also pictured is the Forslund shadow box decorated with Forslund pieces and potted flowers to illustrate what can be done with these lovely miniatures. All items are sold separately. All the Forslund items pictured come from my personal collection.
