Olszewski Bronze, Lady and Man by Goebel SOLD

Status: Sold
This fantastic miniature bronze was created by Robert Olszewski in 1983 for Goebel. Very finely detailed and beautifully hand executed, it depicts a lady and a man in 1700's garb gathering cherries being assisted by a young boy in the tree; the ladder to help aid the boy in climbing can be seen from the back. This is a rare, hard to find piece. 1 1/2" tall. Pictured on a Roger Gutheil 1" scale side table (table not for sale) for size comparison. Great condition. Shown from the front, back and underneath.
