Description:
Rare and hard to find, dollhouse butler made by the German firm of Kestner, during the 1910's to 1920's. He has all original clothing, black felt suit with tails at the back and matching vest, and white shirt. His buttons are made from Dresden paper and he also has a faux watch chain attached to his vest. The watch chain is made from thin gold thread with tiny stitches. He holds a cloth on his right arm, just like a real butler. He is 5 3/4" high, with blue painted eyes. He is middleaged with a very handsome, but serious face. Light brown molded hair with side part. Great condition with no breaks or repairs. His suit is wonderful. The shirt shows a bit of aging but is in very nice with Dresden paper buttons.
