It is a wonderfully made piece with an early green felt surface (which is removable) with an attached cue and 3 billiard balls. There are 8 chunky legs. 4 3/4" long, 2 3/4" wide and 1 5/8" high. A silver label on the bottom says: " Sterling Silver, K. P. Dass, Bhawanipur Cal." K.P. Dass was an prominent, early silver smith in India. I belieive Cal. is Calcutta. Weight is quite substantial on this piece--my scale says slightly over 7 ounces. Green felt shows aging. I believe this piece was made in the early 1900's.
