Barton Welch Dresser #191-19 SOLD

Status: Sold
Description:
Hard to find Barton Welch dresser in the Tudor style made in England, c. 1948. The 2 doors at the bottom which open has their classical triangle design, with open shelving at top. Margaret Towner discusses this piece in her book, Dollhouse Furniture and she calls the scale 1:16 inch. 4 3/4" high, 3 1/8" wide, 1 3/4" deep. Nice condition showing some aging....there is a little bit of glue residue where the legs were attached, but I believe this was done during the manufacturing process.
