Very detailed and finely executed especially the faces on the boys, this box is extremely early c. 1850, made from pressed bisque (as opposed to the later poured bisque). Handsome and very colorful, one of the boys even has a napsack on his back. 3 1/2" high, 3 1/4" long. Great condition with no breaks or hairlines.
