The young girl holding what looks to be a bouquet of violets is actually a tiny, old German lithographed picture (what used to be termed as "scraps") and had been framed and covered with islinglass. The workmanship was beautifully executed, frame very small and delicate with a tiny brass loop at the top for hanging. The overall size is 1 1/4" high by 1" wide, the perfect size for a dollhouse. It is signed on the back with initials, but they are so faint I cannot make them out, and the year 88, meaning 1988. Nice condition.
