Description:
Very rare small size cloth original Bye Lo body with original celluloid hands in perfect condtion. The front of the body is marked with the typical purplish marking, but is faded, Bye Lo is extremely faint but there...what can be clearly made out are the words: Grace Storey. For Grace Storey Putnam. This small size is so rare and hard to find. From the tip of the toe to the top of the neck is 6" high. My estimate would be that this body would make a 7 to 7/12" high Bye Lo doll. This rare body also comes with the original diaper and socks, which I have not removed because I think they have never been off the body. From the early 1920's. This very small cloth body was made for the German bisque headed Bye Lo baby and is in very nice condition, shows typical aging.
