With her big feet sticking out, a buxom "sleeping beauty" is laying in bed, with eyes closed with a message incised in the empty spot next to her: "Come where thy love lies dreaming." On the blanket covering her is incised: "The sleeping beauty." Finished on all sides except the bottom. Marked on the bottom with the Schafer & Vater logo. Great condition with no breaks or repairs. Size: 3 3/4" long, 3 1/4" deep, 1 3/4" high. Great, whimsical porcelain piece made by one of the best porcelain companies in Germany.
