This 1 inch scale grouping consists of a metal paint can with handle, dripping red paint on the sides. The drop paper is a miniature faux newspaper with drips of red paint, a metal paint brush and a wooden stirrer. I believe this was made during the 1960's in the U.S. Nice condition.
