The luggage rack is one of the hardest pieces to find made by the German firm of Schneegas. I believe only a very limited number was made as it is very rare. c. 1900-10 period. The golden oak luggage rack has beautifully turned legs with the original striped canvas luggage holder at the top. It folds up when not in use and can be leaned against a wall. 2 1/2" tall. Beautiful condition with no staining on the canvas top. Pictured with a Schneegas dresser (sold separately) for size comparison. Would be perfect for an early dollhouse's front hall or steps or set up in a bedroom with the man of the house unpacking his suitcase.
