Description:
What a darling Heubach porcelain piano baby with a molded porcelain pale pink egg on his back to hold jelly beans during Easter time or candy any other time. This little guy seems to be proud of his egg, with one foot kicking up in the back and with a sweet expression on his face as if he is ready to break into a smile. Extra features include a large curl swirling up at the top of his molded blond hair with another large curl swirling down on his forehead. He wears a holded white romper with one strap with lots of folds. Made by the German firm of Gbr. Heubach c. 1910 era, he has the Heubach mark impressed on the bottom as shown in the photo. Length is 4 1/2" and height is 2 5/8". Great condition with no breaks or repairs.
