This set is slightly larger than one inch scale. Sofa is 6 1/2" long and 4 1/4" high at the highest point. Chair is 3 1/2" long x 4 1/4" high at the highest point. Made in Germany during the 1920's, by the firm of Karl Schreiter and pictured in Swantje Koehler's German Encyclopedia of Dollhouses and Dollhouse Furniture (book is in German). Nice conditon with no breaks or repairs. There is some rubbing and wear of the blue painted edges which can be clearly seen in the photos. Pictured with two all bisque dolls, which are sold separately (doll with long blond braids is 4" high).
