Dollhouse Cook by Kestner #191-30 SOLD

Status: Sold
Description:
This dollhouse cook is ready to stir the soup in your dollhouse kitchen with the spoon tucked into the waiste of her apron. Very hard to find dollhouse cook made by the German firm of Kestner, c. 1920. Her head is bisque with nicely hand-painted facial features with molded brown hair. Her hands and feet are also bisque and her body is cloth. She wears her original light blue cook's outfit with white high apron and cap to cover her hair. At her waiste is tucked an old Gerlach spoon. She is 5" high and in great condition with no breaks or repairs. White portions of outfit show a little bit of aging. Cooks are difficult to find, especially in such nice condition.
