Description:
Darling artist made room box for a toy for a child or for the collector dollhouse lady. Made from stiff board, covered in old wallpaper, this tiny scene is set up as a dining room with several chairs, table, china cabinet, and sideboards. All are made from the thinnest wood and some have fabric on them. The tiny dishes have been created from old metal sequins and glass beading. The rug is also thin fabric. The thinnest lace was used for the tablecloth. Very interesting and well made. All items are secured and not removable. The underneath part is signed and I can only partly make it out: .....1966. In memory of the DCG meeting.........House. Exterior dimensions are, 3" long, 1 1/2" deep, 1" high. Nice condition, shows some aging.
