He is leaning against a plant stand that holds a bowl of flowers. Very nicely executed in glazed porcelain. Face is very finely done. I do not see any markings. There are 4 sew holes at the botton portion. Height is 2 5/8". Made in Germany c. 1920. This is a hard-to-find piece. Great condition with no breaks, repairs or hairlines.
