Description:
These two tiny little portraits of children are simply wonderful. They are actual tiny photographs of children from an earlier era, one is an infant and the other is a little boy dressed up as a soldier. I believe the pictures were put into these frames sometime in the 1940's--the pictures seem to be earlier than from the 1940's, though. The tiny frames are cast metal with tiny floral design. The backing is faux brown leather. Very well made and extremely good looking. These tiny oval frames are just about 1" high each and the pictures inside are miniscule. They need to be hung with a little bit of sticky wax. I have never seen this type of tiny portraits before.
