These are hand made and the label states: Custom Made by Mell Prescott, Milridge Road, Somers, Connecticut. The scounces are flat black metal with a hole at top for hanging; the candles are also made from metal and painted white. Scounces are 2" high. Excellent condition still on card. Mell Prescott was a well-known miniaturist with many awards presented to her.
