It is made from cardboard whose exterior is shiny orange and black checked and lined with gold paper at the opening. Overall height of hat is 3 1/2" and the opening for the head is 2 1/4". The elastic has been stretched and there is some aging showing, but overall in very good condition. C. 1925-30 era, looks to be made in America. No markings. The party hat is shown with a Heubach boy doll that is approximately 12" high--the doll is not for sale. The other toy accessories are sold separately.
